Jakari creates an estimate using Xactimate — industry-standard software providing zip-code specific pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.

Step 05

Material Selections

Review the work scope, choose manufacturer, style, and colors, and determine tentative start and completion dates.

Step 06

Build

A roof build typically takes 1–3 days. A siding build takes 2–4 days. Materials are delivered 1–3 days before your build is scheduled.

Step 07

Walk Through

We want to make sure you are 100% happy. A Jakari team member will complete a final walk-through and address any punch list items.

Step 08

Final Payment

A Jakari team member will invoice the insurance carrier directly to trigger your final payment.
