How It Works

Our Process & Responsibilities

Step 01

Material Drop-Off

A Jakari team member will do a comprehensive inspection, including high-tech drones and interior/exterior walk-throughs.

Step 02

Shingle Removal

Installers will remove shingles and underlayment down to bare decking.

Step 03

Deck Inspection

We inspect for rotted plywood, damaged or deteriorated flashing, and other potential issues. We will notify you immediately should your plywood require replacement.

Step 04

Underlayment & Protection

Installers apply underlayment, ice and water shield, and drip edge (if applicable) to prevent damming on eaves and rake boards.

Step 05

Sealing & Flashing

Installers seal pipe collars, roof wall connections, and skylights.

Step 06

Site Cleanup

Installers magnetically sweep the job site for scattered nails and haul away all job-related debris.

Step 07

Final Walk-Through

A Jakari team member will accompany you on an inspection of the work to confirm your satisfaction and answer any questions.
