Many homeowners are unaware of the impact severe weather conditions can have on a home. The damage may not be obvious. Our restoration specialists are expertly trained to identify and repair these problems.
Hail Damage
Hail storms and other severe storms can cause significant damage to a home, and dealing with these problems can be both difficult and dangerous.

A hail storm producing hail stones that are the size of a quarter or larger can puncture shingles and expose the fiberglass matte. These weather events can also cause early wear on roof tiles—left untreated, this can result in interior water damage.
Wind Damage
Wind gusts over 50 mph can lift shingles, which causes irreparable seal damage. Because a broken seal is impossible to repair, loosened shingles are vulnerable to loss.

A Jakari team member will do a comprehensive inspection. This may include the use of high tech drones and interior and exterior inspections.

Meeting with Insurance Representative
A Jakari team member will meet with the insurance representative to show them our findings and ensure all damage is documented and included to provide the most comprehensive estimate.
Step 4
Estimating
Jakari will create an estimate using Xactimate. Xacimate is a software system for estimating the cost of repairs and reconstruction for residential and small commercial structures. Xactimate will provide zip code specific pricing for labor, material, and equipment costs.

Determine tentative start and completion dates for build

Build
A roof build will typically take 1 to 3 days depending on size, pitch and the roof system being installed. A siding build will typically take 2 to 4 days depending on size and if there is any trim work that needs attention. Materials are delivered 1 to 3 days before your build is scheduled.

Walk Through
We want to make sure you are 100% happy. A Jakari team member will complete a walk through

Final Payment
A Jakari team member will invoice the insurance carrier to trigger final payment.
